Cancellations:

We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Cancellation fee can be $25 to $100 depending on the service. Cancellations are not accepted through email , you must call the salon.

Late Arrivals / No Shows:

If you feel you may be late for your appointment please call. We will try our best to call late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we cant reach you then the appointment may be given away. We may need to reschedule you. You will still be responsible for any late fees.

Lashes/Micro-Blading Cancellations:

If you do not call to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24hours of your service you will be charged a fee. 


Lashes:  - $75 Cancellation fee
Micro-Blading: - $150 Cancellation fee.
No-call / No-show: $25 Cancellation fee.  

Lashes/Micro-Blading Bookings:

When booking an appointment for Lash extensions or Micro-Blading we  required a major credit card to secure your appointment. We do not charge your card until time of service. 

Long / Multiple Services:

Any booking service spanned 3 hours or more, or group bookings for 2 or more people must be secured by a major valid credit card. In any event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in our policy

Animals:

We love our non and multi legged friends, but we are a people salon. Due to liabilities, health standards, and allergies you will have to leave your pets at home when you visit. (Service animals are an exception, however you must call us in advance so we can book you when there are no other clients in the salon).

Children:

We love kids as much as you do, but do to liability reasons we cannot  have children 13 and under on the premises unless they are receiving  services. The child must be supervised by their legal guardian and the  guardian cannot receive services on the same day or time as the child. 

Services:

We do not accept refunds on any completed services. We offer complimentary fixes within 10 days of the completed service. Fix services have to be 1st approved by management. 

 

Products:

Un-opened retail products may be return within 7 days from the purchase date along with your receipt. If you do not have the receipt, you will receive a retail salon credit pending management approval. If you are unsatisfied with a used product we can offer an exchange or salon credit that is good for 30 days.

microblading policy

payment policy:

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat at time of checkout.

 

Final payment is due before or on the first day of training. If balance is not paid the student will not be permitted to attend class. 

 

All workshop payments/deposits are non-refundable, However,  if you are unable to attend class you can transfer the deposit to a future class as a one time courtesy.

cancellation:

All payments are non-refundable and final. Deposits and payments can be transferred one time to a future class two weeks prior to the class start date.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Your state may require additional certification of Bloodborne Pathogen or First Aid courses for Microblading and PMU Training. It is your responsibility to check with your state to confirm if these certifications are needed. Please note:
